They support and motivate teachers and partner with district administrations to improve education quality. Their program, Vinoba, simplifies data collection and builds a vibrant teacher community. OLF works with over 55,000 schools across five states, impacting over 4 million students.
Role
You will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and improvement of programs supported by the Vinoba Application. This involves data analysis, program evaluation, and capacity building to enhance program efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate education programs across districts.
- Analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for different teams and partners.
- Train teachers and administrators on how to use the Vinoba App.
- Use data-driven insights to support the development of the application.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Monitoring & Evaluation, or tech-based program execution.
- Strong skills in Advanced Excel and Data Analysis. Programming or database skills are a plus.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language.
- A passion for transforming government education and creating social impact.
