About The Role

Location: Pune
Employment: Contractual / Full-Time
Duration: 11 months (renewable based on performance)
Joining: Immediate
Remuneration: ₹4 - ₹6 LPA (based on experience)

As part of our Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team, you will ensure the smooth functioning and efficiency of the Vinoba Application, supporting various programs and users.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to improve the Vinoba Application based on requirements.
Monitor and evaluate programs, including capacity-building sessions in different districts.
Perform data cleaning, compiling, and analysis for various programs.
Conduct training and capacity-building sessions to enhance awareness of the application.
Create comprehensive reports at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals.
Develop user-level forms tailored for district-specific programs.
Organize and catalog application resources in a timely manner.
Participate in organizational development activities as needed.
Meet all organizational reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation in any stream.

Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience working with tech platforms.

Skills

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data analysis.
Technical expertise in MS Office Suite.
Good at communication.
Ability to work with programming languages and database management (added advantage).
Quick learner, self-motivated, and passionate about government education.

Language Proficiency

Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
Strong command over Marathi (essential).
