Dhwani RIS is currently seeking a skilled individual to lead analytics for their CSR and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Management: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Client Coordination: Serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis to generate insights that drive decisions in social development projects.
- Dashboard Design: Creating intuitive dashboards for data visualization to help stakeholders easily understand complex data.
- Training: Conducting training sessions for clients and team members to ensure effective use of analytics tools and data interpretation.
Essential Skills
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL, and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI.
- Experience: A minimum of four years in data analysis and project management, ideally within the social sector.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client coordination and team management.
