Today, Bhumi has grown into one of the country’s largest independent youth volunteer organisations, with a presence in over a dozen Indian cities. The heart of Bhumi’s mission lies in its education programs, which reach thousands of underprivileged children in orphanages, slum communities, and low-income schools.

Role

You will lead Bhumi’s digital growth by turning online engagement into sustainable financial support. Your goal is to inspire individuals and volunteers to contribute to our mission through creative digital campaigns and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition of new retail donors through digital marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with existing donors to deepen their connection and increase their support.
  • Manage volunteer fundraising programs by providing them with the tools and inspiration to raise funds.
  • Oversee the performance of the website, landing pages, and Google Ads to maximize donations.
  • Manage relationships with various online fundraising and crowdfunding platforms.
  • Create donor-centric stories that translate Bhumi’s complex social impact into relatable narratives.
  • Manage donor operations, including timely receipts and personalized communications.
  • Monitor campaign data using GA4 to provide regular reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or fundraising (face-to-face only experience is not eligible).
  • Fluent in English with expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of the non-profit sector and current online giving trends.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and finding new opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with donors, staff, and volunteers.
