Their work spans across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, with specific initiatives aimed at women, farmers, tribals, and youth. Operating in collaboration with over 15 central and state governments, The/Nudge has impacted over 1.25 million people across 10 states, mobilising $250 million in government funding. Their incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including multiple notable award winners and magazine features.
The/Nudge is supported by a strong network of 100+ philanthropists, 40+ corporates, and 15+ foundations, including Gates, Mackenzie Scott, Tata Trusts, Skoll, LinkedIn, HDFC, and others, all working towards the goal of a “poverty-free India, within our lifetime.”
About the Role
The marketing team at The/Nudge is a dynamic group dedicated to raising awareness and driving support for The/Nudge’s mission. As a part of this team, you will help amplify The/Nudge’s impact by engaging and inspiring the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Execution
- Oversee and execute email marketing strategies using tools like Hubspot, Clevertap, or Moengage.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Data Analysis and Insights
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to spot trends, generate insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Use A/B testing and performance data to refine campaign targeting, creatives, and messaging.
- Learner Mindset
- Stay updated with the latest trends, practices, and tools in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Engage with various stakeholders to better understand the sector and create effective marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan and execute projects independently.
