Role
As a Manager Fundraising, your main job is to connect with wealthy individuals (HNIs) and inspire them to support the organization’s mission. You’ll be the bridge between the charity and its most significant donors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies specifically for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional relationships with donors.
- Create personalized funding proposals and presentations tailored to the interests of specific individuals.
- Design and lead programs or events to keep donors connected and involved with the cause.
- Monitor fundraising progress, report on activities, and ensure all financial targets are met.
- Partner with other teams to ensure fundraising efforts align with the organization’s broader goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
- Strong abilities in Fundraising, Donor Relationship Management, and Proposal Development
- Expertise in Networking, Negotiation, and Communication with affluent individuals
- Experience in Event Planning
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Budgeting associated with fundraising initiatives
- Skilled in utilizing CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated success in meeting fundraising goals
- Capable of collaborating effectively in an onsite environment with a vibrant team
