We work with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion, in partnership with 15+ central and state governments. India’s changemakers are solving some of our toughest human problems. To accelerate their impact, we’re launching The*Spark Centre: a first-of-its-kind hub designed for social entrepreneurs. Here, innovative ideas meet strategic support through carefully curated events, collaboration opportunities, and impactful dialogues.

Role

The Manager, Growth is a senior leadership position focused on building a high-impact community. You will drive the success of the centre by managing memberships, venue bookings, and strategic partnerships to ensure our ecosystem of social innovators continues to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle for coworking memberships and event venue bookings.
  • Prospect and research potential members including non-profits, foundations, and CSR departments.
  • Conduct site tours and walkthroughs for prospective members and partners.
  • Manage building occupancy and venue utilization to reach 100% capacity.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation with event calendars.
  • Cultivate professional relationships by attending networking events and start-ups gatherings in Bangalore.
  • Manage weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, pipeline health, and community trends.
  • Curate the fortnightly member newsletter and lead digital engagement platforms.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in lead conversion and managing sales cycles with institutional stakeholders.
  • Strong networking capabilities with familiarity in the Bangalore startup or social sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Zoho or Salesforce and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with basic digital design platforms such as Canva.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate the value of social innovation.
  • Analytical ability to interpret sales data and metrics to improve outreach strategies.
  • Leadership skills to manage community dynamics and member expectations.
