Role
The Manager, Growth is a senior leadership position focused on building a high-impact community. You will drive the success of the centre by managing memberships, venue bookings, and strategic partnerships to ensure our ecosystem of social innovators continues to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales lifecycle for coworking memberships and event venue bookings.
- Prospect and research potential members including non-profits, foundations, and CSR departments.
- Conduct site tours and walkthroughs for prospective members and partners.
- Manage building occupancy and venue utilization to reach 100% capacity.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation with event calendars.
- Cultivate professional relationships by attending networking events and start-ups gatherings in Bangalore.
- Manage weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, pipeline health, and community trends.
- Curate the fortnightly member newsletter and lead digital engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and managing sales cycles with institutional stakeholders.
- Strong networking capabilities with familiarity in the Bangalore startup or social sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Zoho or Salesforce and email marketing tools.
- Experience with basic digital design platforms such as Canva.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate the value of social innovation.
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data and metrics to improve outreach strategies.
- Leadership skills to manage community dynamics and member expectations.
