Founded in 2009, TFI recruits exceptional graduates and professionals to serve as full-time teachers in under-resourced schools for two years, transforming learning for children from low-income communities. Today, TFI’s network is over 5,000 Alumni strong, impacting more than 1 in 10 children across the country through leadership in classrooms, policy, non-profits, and innovative educational ventures. Guided by the belief that every child deserves an excellent education, TFI works collectively to build a more equitable and thriving India.
