Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Networking Infrastructure: Plan and maintain network solutions to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Surveillance Systems and Security: Manage surveillance cameras and access control systems, ensuring data security.
- Emerging Technologies: Research and implement new technologies like IoT, AI, and cloud solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Vendor Management: Lead an IT team and manage relationships with service providers.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, networking, and security systems.
- Expertise in surveillance camera systems, access control, and data security practices.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and cloud computing.
- Proven experience with network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
- Ability to stay updated on technological trends and innovations.
- Certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP) or security (CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work environment with occasional travel to sites for project supervision.
- Flexible working hours to address critical system requirements when needed.
