Role

A dynamic leadership position focused on running the "Child for Child" program, which teaches school students about social responsibility while raising funds to support underprivileged children.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the Program carefully, keeping both quality and numbers in mind, and make sure it aligns with the organization's goals.
  • Work towards achieving targets consistently and keep a check on income and expenses.
  • Stay updated on research, market trends, and what similar organizations are doing.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with donors.
  • Bring in new ideas and find fresh opportunities to improve the Program.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in fundraising, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong understanding of the development sector and social marketing.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for data management and reporting.
  • High level of persuasion, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build consensus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region for school visits.
