Role
A dynamic leadership position focused on running the "Child for Child" program, which teaches school students about social responsibility while raising funds to support underprivileged children.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the Program carefully, keeping both quality and numbers in mind, and make sure it aligns with the organization's goals.
- Work towards achieving targets consistently and keep a check on income and expenses.
- Stay updated on research, market trends, and what similar organizations are doing.
- Build and maintain good relationships with donors.
- Bring in new ideas and find fresh opportunities to improve the Program.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field from a recognized institution.
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong understanding of the development sector and social marketing.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data management and reporting.
- High level of persuasion, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build consensus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region for school visits.
