About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with a strong background in building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a passion for developing solutions that address real-world challenges in agriculture, water, climate, and biodiversity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimization: Ensure mobile applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- Integration: Connect mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including app store submissions and monitoring app performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proficiency in Swift & Objective-C (iOS) or Kotlin & Java (Android).
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin (preferred).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and In-App Purchases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Published apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile applications.
