About The Role
Vacancies: multiple
Salary: INR 6,00,000 per annum
Contract: 6 months, with a probation period of 1 month. Contract extension contingent on performance.
Location: Multiple districts in Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage data from sources like hospital records and program coordinators.
- Oversee program activities, including identifying low birth weight babies, ensuring proper registration, monitoring vital signs, and conducting follow-ups.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Observe KMC practices and interview mothers and healthcare providers.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of counselling.
- Monitor data quality and address inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with program coordinators and hospital staff.
- Participate in weekly M&E calls and contribute to program evaluation plans.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and data collection software.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methods, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods.
- Fluency in Hindi.
