Ansh is dedicated to saving newborn lives by enhancing healthcare in government district hospitals across India. Their main intervention is Kangaroo Care, a proven method that includes:
- Skin-to-Skin Contact: Helps regulate the baby’s body temperature.
- Close Monitoring: Observing mothers and newborns for any danger signs.
- Exclusive Breastfeeding: Supports the baby’s immune system and weight gain.
Currently, Ansh operates in five hospitals in Rajasthan, aiming to expand this model within public health systems.
About The Role
The M&E Manager will lead the development and improvement of monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure Ansh’s programs are effective and scalable. This role involves managing a team of M&E Coordinators and working closely with various stakeholders, including the CEO, Program Managers, and external partners.
Contract: 1-year full-time consultancy, with possible extension based on performance.
Location: Remote within India; preference for candidates in Rajasthan or Delhi.
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 per annum.

Travel: Occasional visits (2-5 times per year) to program districts.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Supervise and support M&E Coordinators in the field.
- Recruit and train new team members.
- Promote teamwork and continuous learning.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Design and manage M&E tools and processes.
- Oversee data collection and ensure its accuracy.
- Analyze data to provide insights for program planning.
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates are those motivated by impactful work, with experience in managing teams and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. A degree in economics, public health, statistics, or a related field is desirable.
