Ansh is dedicated to saving newborn lives by enhancing healthcare in government district hospitals across India. Their main intervention is Kangaroo Care, a proven method that includes:

  1. Skin-to-Skin Contact: Helps regulate the baby’s body temperature.
  2. Close Monitoring: Observing mothers and newborns for any danger signs.
  3. Exclusive Breastfeeding: Supports the baby’s immune system and weight gain.

Currently, Ansh operates in five hospitals in Rajasthan, aiming to expand this model within public health systems.

About The Role

The M&E Manager will lead the development and improvement of monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure Ansh’s programs are effective and scalable. This role involves managing a team of M&E Coordinators and working closely with various stakeholders, including the CEO, Program Managers, and external partners.

Contract: 1-year full-time consultancy, with possible extension based on performance.
Location: Remote within India; preference for candidates in Rajasthan or Delhi.
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 per annum.
