Seva
Since 1978, Seva has been a pioneering force in global eye care, dedicated to transforming lives by restoring sight and preventing blindness. With over 57 million people served worldwide, Seva's mission has always been clear: to provide eye care to those who need it most, especially in underserved communities.
Vision impairment affects 2.2 billion people globally, with 1 billion cases that could have been prevented or treated. Seva’s work focuses on four core pillars: establishing self-sustaining vision centers, providing eye care for children, leveraging the best technology, and creating training and job opportunities. Our belief is simple—restoring sight is one of the most cost-effective ways to relieve suffering and reduce poverty.
