Role

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Executive responsible for managing data, tracking programme outcomes, and supporting evidence-based decision-making for disability and caregiver support programmes.

Responsibilities

Support data collection, verification, and management across programmes.
Design and manage simple monitoring tools, trackers, and reporting formats.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and basic field-level assessments.
Analyse programme data and prepare periodic reports and dashboards.
Track outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators against targets.
Support programme teams in improving data quality and documentation.
Assist in baseline, midline, and end-line assessments.
Document learnings, challenges, and best practices from implementation.
Support donor and internal reporting requirements.
Coordinate with programme teams to strengthen monitoring systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, psychology, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, research, or programme reporting.
Basic understanding of M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection methods.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
Must be from Hyderabad and willing to work from office.
Ability to work with programme teams and field staff.
Interest in disability, inclusion, and social impact work.
