Role
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Executive responsible for managing data, tracking programme outcomes, and supporting evidence-based decision-making for disability and caregiver support programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support data collection, verification, and management across programmes.
- Design and manage simple monitoring tools, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and basic field-level assessments.
- Analyse programme data and prepare periodic reports and dashboards.
- Track outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators against targets.
- Support programme teams in improving data quality and documentation.
- Assist in baseline, midline, and end-line assessments.
- Document learnings, challenges, and best practices from implementation.
- Support donor and internal reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with programme teams to strengthen monitoring systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, psychology, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, research, or programme reporting.
- Basic understanding of M&E frameworks, indicators, and data collection methods.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
- Must be from Hyderabad and willing to work from office.
- Ability to work with programme teams and field staff.
- Interest in disability, inclusion, and social impact work.
