Humana People to People India (HPPI)
Humana People to People India (HPPI) is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer for their project, Sashakt, in Delhi. This project aims to strengthen women’s cooperatives and support 2,500 women artisans in Assam’s Kamrup, Dhubri, and Chirang districts.
About The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an M&E framework aligned with the project’s goals.
- Lead assessments, baseline studies, and impact evaluations.
- Ensure quality data collection, management, and analysis.
- Conduct quarterly field visits to monitor progress.
- Prepare reports, case studies, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates.
- Train project teams and cooperatives on M&E methods and tools.
- Share insights and best practices to promote learning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in M&E and data management in development projects.
- Familiarity with livelihoods, women’s empowerment, or the handloom sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis software like SPSS, STATA, or Excel.
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Assamese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time.
