About NSRCEL:

The NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) is the startup hub and incubation centre at IIM Bangalore. Established as a not-for-profit Section-8 entity, NSRCEL supports ventures that have the potential to create significant economic and societal impact.

In the current financial year, NSRCEL has engaged with 1106 ventures through 13 unique program tracks across 82 towns in India. The centre is backed by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). It has also partnered with leading corporates such as Alstom, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Maruti Suzuki, Pernod Ricard India Foundation, and SBI Foundation to support idea-stage and early-revenue-stage entrepreneurs in climate-tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.

Role Overview:

The Research Intern – Incubation Ecosystem will conduct a global mapping of the academic incubation ecosystem, identifying leading incubation clusters, their characteristics, and business models. The research will define key parameters to measure the impact of incubation programs and analyze best practices from leading incubators.
