Role
The Operations Manager Intern will support the heartbeat of our organization by ensuring daily tasks and workflows run smoothly. The purpose of this role is to coordinate team activities and improve internal processes to help our social impact programs succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring workflows are followed correctly.
- Coordinate with different teams to make sure tasks are executed on time.
- Track work progress across projects and prepare basic reports for the leadership team.
- Support the planning and implementation of various operational activities and events.
- Handle essential documentation, administrative coordination, and professional follow-ups.
- Identify ways to improve current operational processes to make the team more efficient.
Requirements
- Strong interest in management, social entrepreneurship, or NGO operations.
- Excellent skills in coordination and multi-tasking.
- Proficiency in basic computer usage for reporting and documentation.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse team members.
- Natural problem-solving abilities and strong time management.
- Leadership potential and cultural sensitivity toward community-led initiatives.
- Must be available for a full-time, 3-month in-office internship in Delhi or Noida.
