Role
We are looking for an energetic Operations Intern to help keep our daily work running smoothly. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, helping with the logistics and organization needed to make our community programs a success. Your work will directly support our mission to create a positive social impact.
Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and carry out daily office tasks and special projects.
- Support the planning and logistics for our community events and programs.
- Keep our records and databases organized and up to date.
- Work closely with the team to find ways to make our work more efficient.
- Talk with partners and team members to ensure everything runs on time.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to help improve how we manage our programs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
- Available for a full-time, 1-month in-office internship in Vadodara.
- Strong spoken English skills to communicate with the team and partners.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry and simple reporting.
- A respectful and culturally sensitive approach to working with diverse communities.
