About the Role
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Duration: 12 months (extendable)
Compensation: ₹85,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
CivicDataLab is seeking a Partnerships and Growth Manager to strengthen the data-for-public-good ecosystem in Assam and the Northeastern region. This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making processes and strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven initiatives for governance and public reforms.
- Build and grow partnerships with government agencies, academia, philanthropic organisations, and civil society.
- Drive the strategic expansion of CivicDataLab’s work across Assam and the Northeast.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in partnerships, stakeholder management, and social impact projects.
- Education: Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields.
Skills:
- Oral and written fluency in Assamese and English.
- Experience in data-driven projects or working with Digital Public Goods/Infrastructure.
- Self-starter passionate about open data and technology for public good.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Assam and across India.
