Role

Support WWF-India's digital fundraising efforts by running and improving paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms. The role focuses on hands-on execution and offers strong learning in performance marketing and donor acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Run paid digital campaigns to bring in new donors and meet fundraising goals like cost per donation.
  • Set up, monitor, and improve paid media campaigns across search, social, and display platforms.
  • Build campaign structures with the right audience targeting, retargeting groups, and budget splits.
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and share regular reports on key metrics and trends.
  • Plan and run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Track campaign budgets and spend pacing across platforms.
  • Work with internal teams, agencies, and partners to coordinate creative assets and execution.
  • Research target audiences and stay updated on new platform tools and best practices.
  • Support email campaigns, landing page updates, and user journey flows.
  • Help with other digital fundraising tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media.
  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on conversions.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and audience profiling tools.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and ability to turn data into clear insights.
  • Strong writing and editing skills suited for digital channels.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team.
