About the Role
The Analyst will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) of the Philanthropy Labs team. In this role, they will support the PMO Lead in centralizing project management efforts, tracking project outcomes, and streamlining processes for delivery excellence across various verticals of the Philanthropy Labs team.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging presentation materials, reports, and deliverables for funders, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the delivery of multiple project tasks, including leadership and team reporting.
- Design efficient processes for team management and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in research, data and financial management, or the development sector.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in data management and financial management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with agility and independence.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Ability to structure information clearly and draw insights from data.
