Kiwaad Foundation
Kiwaad Foundation is dedicated to unlocking doors of opportunity for young people across India. Based in Kanpur, this not-for-profit organisation sees skills, livelihoods, and dignity as rights for every youth, not just privileges for a few. Kiwaad focuses on bridging the gap between underprivileged communities and the fast-changing demands of industry by offering practical, hands-on training in sought-after fields like digital marketing, retail, and finance.

What makes Kiwaad different is its community-focused approach. Rather than just running courses, Kiwaad sets up local learning centres where youth learn with and from their peers—building confidence, resilience, and readiness for real jobs. Trainers mentor each learner, making complex topics accessible and sparking curiosity that lasts beyond the classroom.
Kiwaad’s commitment doesn’t end at training. They work closely with employers, NGOs, and local leaders, ensuring their students are not just skilled, but job-ready and confident. Through placement support, career guidance, and ongoing mentoring, Kiwaad helps young people take their first step towards stable employment or entrepreneurship.
Pride and hope ripple outwards—from learners to families, and through entire communities. Kiwaad is more than a training foundation; it is truly a gateway to brighter futures, every single day.
