Prayan Foundation
Prayan Foundation is a youth-led non-governmental organization registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. Founded by a group of passionate undergraduate students under the leadership of Mr. Parth Ojha, Prayan was born from a shared belief: that true change begins with selfless service driven by compassion, kindness, and action.

With a vision aligned to India@75, we launched three core initiatives; Project Akshaypatra (Food & Hunger), Project Swashrit (Health & Hygiene), and Project Prakrit (Environment), Project Taran (Education) to tackle some of the most pressing issues in our society.
From a Delhi-based initiative, we’ve now grown into a multi-city movement, with presence in 5+ cities, active units in 25+ top colleges, and a team of 5000+ dedicated members. Supported by a volunteer network of over 20,000 individuals, we have positively impacted more than 1,00,000 lives in the last year alone.
At Prayan Foundation, our mission is to build a sustainable and inclusive society where every individual—regardless of background—can live with dignity and opportunity.
