About the Role
The Principal Consultant - Digital Health will drive the planning, development, and execution of various digital health programs in collaboration with the Executive Director (ED) of the State Health Society, Bihar (SHSB). The role is crucial in leveraging resources, engaging stakeholders, and aligning strategies to improve health service responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SHSB leadership to define digital health program priorities and strategies.
- Develop and manage unified trackers for monitoring all digital health interventions.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including SHSB and BSSS, for successful project execution.
- Identify and share program-specific indicators for dashboard improvements.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in existing digital health services.
- Monitor project progress and outcomes using data for ongoing improvements.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices in digital health initiatives.
- Facilitate training and capacity building for teams involved in digital health programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in digital health, public health, or healthcare consulting.
- Proven expertise in managing digital health projects.
- Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem.
