Role Summary
As a Product Analyst at Dhwani, you will be an integral part of the Product Management team, utilizing data-driven insights to shape product development and enhance customer experiences. Your role involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable strategies that drive the success of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor product metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of product features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys and user data in coordination with the internal project team.
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to refine product usability and design based on user insights.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports to internal stakeholders, summarizing findings and making strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers to develop comprehensive product plans for engineering teams.
A/B Testing:
- Plan and coordinate A/B testing protocols in collaboration with the QA team to optimize product features.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in product management and the development sector.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze product data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards for ongoing product performance tracking.
- Use statistical methods to make informed, data-driven recommendations.
Essential Requirements
- Support problem-solving and ideation for tech solutions within our platforms.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to derive insights for problem-solving.
- Perform both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Create and manage notes, presentations, databases, and spreadsheets to support product delivery.
- Document project learnings to build a repository of reusable knowledge.
- Assist others within the organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or product analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights effectively.
