About the Role
We are searching for a dynamic Product Lead who believes in technology’s power to make a difference. You will work with visionary leaders, talented engineers, and inspiring nonprofit partners to build and scale our platform, connecting climate professionals, funders, and organizations.
You’ll play a central role in:
- Overseeing technical and product roadmaps.
- Mentoring an engineering team.
- Driving the platform’s stability, security, and scalability.
- Innovating with emerging technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Location: Delhi NCR (occasional travel, ~10% of the time)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and scaling of our platform, guiding it from concept to execution.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Align business goals with technical execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Innovate continuously by integrating emerging technologies and best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to nonprofit organizations and stakeholders, customizing solutions to fit their needs.
- Drive the technical vision while integrating essential features for climate action professionals.
Technology Stack
We utilize a modern tech stack to support our platform. Experience with the following is beneficial:
- Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React)
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with similar technologies or a willingness to learn quickly is highly valued.
