Role

As the Product Manager for Digital Health (Public Health), you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to address complex public health challenges, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable products that improve population-level health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of digital health products, focusing on health equity, disease prevention, and access to care.
Mentor a team of product managers, guiding their professional growth and empowering them to innovate.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and public health experts to create impactful products.
Use data and analytics to shape product decisions, measure real-world outcomes, and continuously improve solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on healthcare, digital health, or public health.
Proven experience managing a product portfolio and mentoring a team.
A strong passion for solving systemic health challenges, particularly in underserved communities.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring success and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of health systems, disease surveillance, and the challenges faced by frontline workers.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and health technology systems (e.g., EHRs, HIEs).
