Role
Program Associate – Climate Centre of Excellence responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of climate and entrepreneurship programs to foster innovation and sustainable impact.
Responsibilities
- Support daily program activities and execution of milestones.
- Work with program teams and partners to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, including entrepreneurs and mentors.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys and analyse collected data.
- Organise and manage program events, expert sessions, and outreach initiatives.
- Understand entrepreneur needs and facilitate access to required resources.
- Ensure adherence to program guidelines and contribute to strategic solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or within the startup ecosystem.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to program design with strong execution discipline.
- Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder interaction skills.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and a proactive approach.
- Fast learner with passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Master’s degree in management or related field is a bonus.
