Role

SVP India Ahmedabad Chapter seeks a proactive, dynamic Program Associate to strengthen its philanthropic network and NGO partnerships. This role supports partner engagement, NGO portfolio management, chapter operations, and communication to further SVP’s mission of collaborative philanthropy.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding, engagement, and relationship-building with SVP partners in Ahmedabad.
  • Coordinate partner meetings, field visits, learning journeys, and events, including content and logistics.
  • Liaise with NGOs to understand needs, assist with reporting, fund disbursal, and program design.
  • Support chapter communications via newsletters, social media, and visual content creation using Canva.
  • Maintain MIS, track finances, and help with chapter operational tasks.
  • Participate in cross-chapter forums and national initiatives to share best practices.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years work experience, preferably in development sector, CSR, or donor-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Confident engaging with senior leaders across corporate and social sectors.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like G-Suite and Canva.
