Program Associate

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 1–3 years in coordination or relationship management
Compensation: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 /month

Role

A purpose-driven position focused on organizing large-scale events and managing relationships with global thinkers to bridge the gap between government, markets, and society.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of program activities based on specific goals and success metrics.
• Coordinate directly with speakers and their teams to provide necessary briefs, context, and resources.
• Manage logistical requirements for speakers including audio-visual needs, travel, and accommodation.
• Support the PR and marketing teams to facilitate media interactions with event participants.
• Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all community members engaging with the Forum.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional work experience with a track record of taking ownership of tasks.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools for project coordination and scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the organization professionally.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and managing ambiguity.
