Involve Learning Solutions Foundation

Involve Learning Solutions Foundation is a non-profit on a mission to reimagine education in India by putting students at the centre of their own learning. Founded by IIT Madras alumni Divanshu and Samyak, Involve was started with a single idea: when children are trusted, supported, and given agency, they not only learn better—they thrive. Since its inception in 2018, Involve has empowered almost one million students across government schools in six states, using a peer-teaching model where senior students mentor juniors in reading, maths, and life skills. The heart of Involve is its belief that children learn best when they are active participants, not passive listeners.

Their flagship Peer Teaching programme isn’t just about academics. It’s about nurturing confidence, communication, leadership, and problem-solving. Backed by leading education investors like Agency Fund, Wells Fargo, and Central Square Foundation, Involve works closely with state and district governments to bring systemic change, especially in states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Karnataka.

Inside Involve, the environment is dynamic, youthful, and welcoming—“fun” is in their DNA. The team values bold ideas, open communication, ownership, and continuous learning. If you care about educational equity, value impact over hierarchy, and love working with passionate changemakers, Involve offers you a front-row seat to shaping the future of Indian education.
