Role Overview
The AI Impact Labs Fellowship Program is a 3-month learning initiative for individuals passionate about using AI to create social impact. As the Program Manager, you will lead the program design, implementation, and management of this innovative fellowship aimed at leveraging AI for social good.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Implementation
- Develop curriculum focusing on AI-powered chatbots for social good.
- Map out participant journey from onboarding to project completion.
- Onboard mentors, including industry experts, NGO leaders, and AI technologists.
- Establish evaluation frameworks and success metrics.
Fellowship Management
- Lead fellow recruitment and selection.
- Collaborate with non-profit partners to identify real-world challenges.
- Oversee program logistics, stipends, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate mentorship sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
Technical Leadership
- Guide fellows in AI and chatbot development projects.
- Select and provide appropriate AI tools and technologies.
- Offer technical mentorship and feedback on project prototypes.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with NGOs and industry experts.
- Maintain communication with program stakeholders.
- Create a collaborative community among fellows and mentors.
Program Evaluation & Documentation
- Track and report program metrics and outcomes.
- Document best practices and prepare comprehensive program reports.
- Manage final project showcases and pitch sessions.
Strategic Communications & Community Building
- Manage program communications across channels (website, social media).
- Showcase fellow projects and program impact through content distribution.
- Organize community events and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Tech, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-10 years at the intersection of technology, AI, and social impact.
- Program Design/Management: Experience in fellowship programs, educational initiatives, consulting, or similar roles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, particularly chatbot development.
- Social Impact: Familiarity with India’s social impact landscape.
Skills
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies for social good.
- Strong program management and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curriculum development and educational program design experience.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making.
