Role
The Program Manager makes sure our volunteering events run perfectly from start to finish. You will be the "bridge" between different teams, handling the behind-the-scenes details like schedules, shipping, and data to ensure every volunteer has a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Keep all event and shipping information accurate and updated in our internal systems.
- Manage the central event tracker to ensure every detail is accounted for.
- Share important client information with the team to help them plan better events.
- Track shipping needs and work with the logistics team to make sure materials arrive on time.
- Create clear guides and instructions for event hosts to follow.
- Double-check all event presentations and documents to ensure they are high quality.
- Help solve any last-minute problems regarding event supplies or materials.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- Up to 4 years of professional work experience.
- A true passion for social impact and helping people volunteer.
- Very organized with a high attention to detail and a talent for solving problems.
- Great communication skills to work effectively with many different people.
- Comfortable using computer tools and managing data accurately.
- A positive, high-energy attitude and a willingness to help the team wherever needed.
