Role
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of Edunet Foundation's large-scale educational programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective budget management, and strong stakeholder relationships. This role involves strategic planning and problem-solving to meet and exceed program goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop timelines, budget, team structure, and detailed plan for the assigned project.
- Ensure the production of high-quality work and maintain program standards.
- Anticipate and proactively solve any potential problems related to the program.
- Demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding established goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in program management.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in sciences, technology, or business from a reputed institution.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience with large program rollouts, government relationship management, and working with academic institutions.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work or an MBA or a formal project management qualification is preferred.
