Reap Benefit
Reap Benefit stands at the forefront of civic and environmental change in India, championing the idea that everyday citizens—Solve Ninjas—can be the catalysts for local solutions. Every day, Reap Benefit empowers young people and communities to identify local issues, design innovative solutions, and lead campaigns that make a tangible difference. So far, over 1.2 lakh Solve Ninjas have carried out more than 1 lakh civic actions, launching thousands of campaigns and innovations that benefit neighbourhoods across 18 states. Reap Benefit’s unique approach blends technology, community mobilisation, and close collaboration with government bodies to drive impact at scale.
At its heart, Reap Benefit fosters agency—helping youth and citizens discover their power to bring about change, street by street. As it moves into its second decade, the organisation’s work has been recognised and celebrated by global leaders, including former US president Barack Obama.
