Role

Reap Benefit is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager – Fundraising to play a pivotal role in scaling our mission-driven work. If you enjoy managing complex projects and driving impactful fundraising operations, this is your chance to support a movement empowering millions across India.

Responsibilities

  • Anchor internal fundraising team meetings to ensure clear goal tracking, accountability, and timely execution of action plans
  • Own project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver donor reports, documentation, and impact updates
  • Manage donor visits, employee engagement, and collaborative fundraising events
  • Provide periodic fundraising progress updates to leadership
  • Maintain accurate and updated donor records in CRM and data management systems
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financials and expense tracking
  • Develop data dashboards to inform fundraising strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards
  • Manage due diligence and contract processes
  • Create compelling and timely donor reports, proposals, and presentations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of program management experience with strong attention to detail and structured approach
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating impactful donor reports that translate on-ground impact into data-backed narratives
  • Familiarity with CRMs, dashboards, or project management tools
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, MSW, etc.) preferred but not required
  • Bonus points for a great sense of humour
