Through our flagship programs — GenAI Ready Naari and Creator Naari — we equip our learners with 21st-century skills, real-world exposure, and the confidence to pursue meaningful career pathways. To date, 6,000+ Nimaya Naaris across 4 states have benefited from our interventions. Our work is supported by partnerships with leading institutions, including the Government of India’s- YuvaAI Mission.

Role

Lead and shape a year-long fellowship programme that supports young women from underserved backgrounds through mentorship, exposure, and career-focused learning experiences, enabling them to build aspirational and future-ready career pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Future Ready Naari Fellowship programme
  • Invite applications and build interest among the target group for the fellowship
  • Design and deliver immersive programme elements such as capstone projects, industry exposure, and masterclasses
  • Build and manage strong relationships with mentors, partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Enable fellows to document and share their journeys through v-logs to inspire peers and communities
  • Track progress and prepare impact reports aligned with programme outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal admin and operations teams to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Conduct field visits and support on-ground programme activities as required

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in programme management, client servicing, partnerships, BD, or similar roles
  • Open to candidates from non-development sector backgrounds
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or involvement in community or social impact initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and periodic field visits
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and other digital tools
  • Ability to start immediately
