Role
Join Lal Sakhi – The Women’s Voice Foundation as Program Manager and lead transformative projects for women’s empowerment and community upliftment. This pivotal role in Saharanpur offers the chance to shape on-ground operations, nurture grassroots innovation, and build influential partnerships. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage the execution of field programmes in women’s empowerment and community engagement.
- Organise and facilitate impactful events, workshops, and training sessions that build local leadership and awareness.
- Develop CSR partnerships and identify new fundraising opportunities with corporates, donors, and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation by supporting and implementing fresh ideas for effective grassroots change.
- Mentor field volunteers and Change Agents, providing guidance and ensuring quality delivery of programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
- 1–2 years experience in programme management, field coordination, or women’s/community development roles.
- Proactive, community-driven attitude with strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Hindi required; English preferred for reporting and communication.
