Responsibilities
- Develop monitoring trackers and systems with MEAL team and coalition leads
- Conduct partner surveys and gather MEAL requirements from internal teams
- Facilitate meetings, create work plans, and coordinate reviews
- Support communications strategy development and programme documentation
- Anchor data reporting mechanisms across the collaborative platform
Requirements
- Graduate/postgraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Work, Development Studies or related fields
- 2+ years experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google workspace
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of Indian development challenges and Theory of Change frameworks
