Nayi Disha is a friendly non-profit that uses technology to support families living with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Since 2015, they have acted as a lifelong partner for over 800,000 people, helping them find the right resources and a supportive community. Their goal is to make sure no family has to navigate these challenges alone.

Role

You will help Nayi Disha measure how well their programs are working. By gathering and looking at data, you ensure the organization stays effective and continues to improve the lives of the families they serve.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data collection and verification to track the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews with families to understand the real-world impact of the programs.
  • Manage quantitative and qualitative data analysis to create clear, helpful reports.
  • Maintain organized databases to keep all program information accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with outreach teams to ensure data is collected on time from different communities.
  • Identify gaps in program delivery and suggest ways to make the work more effective.
  • Assist in creating dashboards and presentations that showcase the organization’s success to partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or Economics.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in M&E, research, or data analysis within the social sector.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of Telugu is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and survey design.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with families and team members.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying organized and detail-oriented.
