Qualifications & Eligibility
Education:
- BCA, B.Sc Computer Science
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT/Any Specialization
- Post-Graduate degrees such as MCA – Computers or M.Tech (Any Specialization)
Experience: 1-2 years with good knowledge of SQL
Responsibilities
As a Programmer at Society for Applied Studies, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, programming, and validating programs to ensure data accuracy and facilitate report generation
- Engaging in end-to-end clinical data management activities
- Working with clinical systems and utilizing programming languages (e.g., SQL/R/SurveyCTO)
- Designing and setting up study databases for clinical trials based on protocol needs
- Maintaining system-related documentation
- Providing technical support to sites regarding clinical software
- Managing data inconsistencies in research studies
- Creating, updating, and maintaining data inconsistency records
- Generating computerized reports of collected data
- Ensuring compliance in the computerization, cleaning, and auditing of clinical data and databases
- Reviewing and validating data to ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy
- Raising queries, sending them for resolution, and updating data accordingly
- Maintaining data accuracy through review of case report forms for completeness and consistency
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical data management
- Good knowledge of clinical systems
- Preferably experience in programming languages (e.g., SQL/R/SurveyCTO)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for technical support and query resolution
