Role
A versatile support professional who ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of community projects through organized data management, clear communication, and efficient coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of field projects to ensure community goals are met.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records for project reporting.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Communicate project updates and success stories to the internal team.
- Assist in financial documentation and basic accounting tasks to support project transparency.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience or a relevant internship.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint for data and reporting.
- Technical knowledge of Tally or basic accounting principles.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse community groups.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Greater Noida or Noida.
