Role

The role involves supporting the implementation of digital literacy initiatives within the government school system in Madhya Pradesh. The associate will work on project planning, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring the progress of digital interventions to ensure effective delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of the digital literacy roadmap for government schools.
  • Coordinate with government officials and school leaders to ensure smooth execution of the programme.
  • Create high quality reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones and track progress against defined key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and digital content for teachers and students.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions as required.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights into the effectiveness of the digital literacy programme.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in project management, consulting, or the education sector.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, public policy, management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse government stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within the state for project monitoring and stakeholder meetings.
