Role

Join MAD’s Community Organising Institute as a catalyst for social change, nurturing and empowering a new wave of community organisers to drive grassroots transformation and dismantle poverty from within.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding and advanced training for Community Organisers (COs).
  • Create engaging workshops and resources for leadership and practical organising skills.
  • Mentor and coach COs, fostering inclusive feedback and personal growth.
  • Plan, manage, and review the progress of training projects using data insights.
  • Build a vibrant, collaborative CO community, amplifying stories and best practices.
  • Liaise across MAD teams to align goals and share innovation for wider organisational impact.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience in community initiatives.
  • Ownership mindset with independent project management skills.
  • Strong communicator, capable of facilitating effective discussions and reviews.
  • Data-driven approach and strategic thinking; proactive in improving processes.
  • Team player, adaptable, ready to work onsite in Goa.
