Role

Peepul is looking for a Project Associate (3 openings) to join its Digital Literacy Programme in Bhopal. The role offers the chance to work closely with the Government of Madhya Pradesh to introduce computer science and coding into classrooms, supporting both teachers and schools to bring digital learning to life.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government officials, teachers, and school leaders to integrate digital learning in classrooms.
  • Support the implementation of computer science curriculum across CM Rise Schools.
  • Design and deliver teacher training programmes to strengthen digital teaching skills.
  • Create engaging resources for teachers and students that make learning interactive.
  • Conduct sessions on Microsoft Office, Scratch Jr, Scratch, and other digital tools.
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation processes to track programme outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Education, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 1–4 years of relevant work experience (minimum 1 year required).
  • Understanding of classroom settings and teaching-learning processes.
  • Ability to engage effectively with teachers, school leaders, and government stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital tools; coding knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to working at the ground level.
