Role
Step into MAD’s Talent Development Associate role and be the engine that powers a thriving, resilient volunteer and leadership ecosystem. You’ll drive recruitment, development, and long-term engagement—building the capacity needed to fuel grassroots change for children and communities in need.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute inclusive recruitment and onboarding for volunteers and leaders, ensuring all new members start confidently and ready to contribute.
- Deliver engaging training, mentorship, and workshops to support Community Organisers (COs), fellows, and volunteers.
- Create and monitor development plans and performance reviews, identifying and nurturing future leaders for succession planning.
- Analyse team health, retention, and impact data to refine recruitment and talent strategies, integrating feedback into improved playbooks.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive community culture, amplifying success stories and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with other teams and leads to support seamless project implementation and contribute to broader organisational strategy.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in community engagement or HR-related roles.
- Strong ownership and the ability to independently manage projects.
- Effective communicator for discussions, training, and reviews.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with a knack for problem-solving and process improvements.
- Team player, adaptable, willing to work in Goa and support MAD’s regional growth.
