Role
Take a leadership role in advancing MAD’s mission by inspiring, mobilising, and transforming community organisers into powerful agents of change. This role requires driving scalable impact through hands-on mentorship, strategic project management, and creating a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, project reviews, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, mitigate risks, and finalise phased plans for seamless delivery of initiatives.
- Build collaborative spaces for Community Organisers (COs), fellows, and volunteers to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Amplify success stories and promote best practices to strengthen motivation and community health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, communication, and resolve frontline challenges.
- Conduct strategic retrospectives, document learnings, and adapt project strategies to organisational goals.
- Analyse performance metrics (OKRs), synthesise data insights and report on impact for continuous improvements.
- Codify best practices and key learnings into playbooks to enable scaling across teams.
- Support culture building, conflict resolution, and maintain high team engagement, acting as a bridge between volunteers, COs, and leadership.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience leading communities or projects.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently drive projects.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate discussions, training, and project reviews.
- Strategic thinker skilled in designing OKRs, planning mobilization, and managing risks.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Collaborative team player, adaptable and ready to contribute to MAD’s growth in Goa.
