We provide career counseling and skill training to the children of defence personnel and young people in rural India. Role
We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to help us run our community programs. The purpose of this role is to assist our team in organizing activities that directly help the youth we serve. It is a great chance to learn how social projects work from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and carrying out daily project activities.
- Help keep our community members engaged and informed through clear communication.
- Prepare simple project reports, presentations, and documents to track our progress.
- Work closely with the team to make sure we reach our project goals on time.
- Do basic research to help the team make better decisions for the community.
- Monitor how projects are doing and suggest ways we can do things better.
- Join team meetings and share your fresh ideas to help us grow.
Requirements
- Available for a full-time, 6-month internship in our Mumbai office.
- Skilled in using MS-Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong interest or background in Project Management and Community Management.
- A background or interest in Mechanical or Electrical fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people easily.
