Role
Adalat AI is looking for an experienced lawyer to lead the expansion of their AI solutions across courts in Madhya Pradesh. This role is a high-visibility position that involves working with judges, court staff, and government officials to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of their technology.
Responsibilities
- High Court-Level Liaison: Work directly with the MP High Court's designated team, serving as the main legal and operational contact for Adalat AI.
- Deployment & Monitoring: Travel throughout Madhya Pradesh to oversee and support the implementation of Adalat AI's tools in district courts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the COO and operations team to design and refine deployment strategies and troubleshoot issues.
- Training & Capacity Building: Develop and conduct training sessions for judges, clerks, and stenographers to ensure they are confident in using the new tools.
- Reporting & Impact Assessment: Track adoption rates, collect user feedback, and prepare reports on the impact of the AI tools on case processing speeds for the High Court and government partners.
- User Support: Establish real-time communication and troubleshooting channels for judicial users.
Requirements
- LLB is required; LLM is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer or legal professional, with a preference for experience in appellate or district courts.
- Strong understanding of court procedures and judicial workflows.
- Experience in a role that involves engaging with high courts and district courts.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work effectively with legal, technical, and operations teams.
