Dhwani RIS is looking for a Project Manager to work on a CSR/corporate philanthropy consulting engagement with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) team. In this role, you will ensure smooth execution of community projects, oversee partner onboarding, manage data and compliance, and drive governance. Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Plan and execute multi-stakeholder projects with clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Utilize Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) and project management methodologies.
- Manage third-party and nonprofit (NPO) partners within compliance frameworks.
- Track project milestones, fund disbursement, and utilization.
Financial & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and grant management.
- Ensure compliance with CSR 2% regulations, including CSR-2 filings, fund utilization tracking, and audits.
Data Management & Reporting
- Manage real-time program dashboards and automated reporting using Excel.
- Ensure data cleaning, validation, and structured reporting for impact assessment.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Engage with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Conduct governance meetings to align project execution and risk mitigation strategies.
Risk & Process Optimization
- Identify risks in fund utilization and program implementation.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and streamline operational workflows.
Field Monitoring & Impact Assessment
- Conduct field visits to assess project execution and provide strategic recommendations.
- Use impact assessment methodologies to evaluate project effectiveness.
Event Management & Governance
- Plan and execute community events, ensuring compliance and stakeholder coordination.
- Document post-event reports and impact summaries.
Documentation & Contract Management
- Draft and review contracts, MoUs, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in legal documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5-7 years in project/program management, social impact, governance, or development sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech), Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Public Policy, Social Work, Business Administration, Governance, or Development Studies.
